Re-opening of all Revital health clinics for In-person physiotherapy as of May 4, 2020.
To all Revital Health customers,
Your wait to get your pain treated is over! The Alberta Government has started lifting its restriction off from different service providers in different stages. The Government has lifted restrictions for physiotherapy services in stage 1 for all clinics in Alberta. Clinics must follow Alberta Physiotherapy College PPE, sterilization, and physical distancing requirements. Revital Health still will be providing Virtual (Telerehab) appointments for patients who would like to continue with this service, are high-risk, or exhibiting COVID symptoms. Massage Therapy is part of Stage 2 re-opening and is not yet available. Safety of our client sand staff is our number one priority. Call one of our locations to book your appointment. Yogesh has a total of 11 years experience in the field of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and specializes in the treatment of severe back and neck conditions. He also has a special interest in treating scoliosis. Yogesh’s way of explaining injuries and recovery to patients as well as his expertise in quickly diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions is a big reason why he is such a valued member of our team and why his patients recover so quickly. Yogesh completed his Master of Physical Therapy from Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad, Haryana, India and Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Delhi, New Delhi, India. He also completed his Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory and Practice affiliated to Osteopathic College of Ontario and completed certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (aka McKenzie Method) from McKenzie Institute International. He has personally mentored many Physical Therapists in the treatment of back & neck pain. Yogesh has also taken courses in Vestibular rehab, concussion rehab, TMJ management and Dry needling/IMS methods of treatment. . Palak graduated from India in 2011 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. She moved to Canada in 2012 and pursued diploma in health, wellness and fitness from Mohawk college, Ontario before she became Registered physiotherapist..
She has been practising in Calgary as a physiotherapist since February 2016.
Palak’s interest is in manual therapy and orthopedics. She currently treats musculoskeletal injuries, including sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries with recent trends in the field.
Her focus of treatment is enhancing joint and muscle health, through the use of manual therapy techniques, cupping, tapping, dry needling, acupuncture, education and exercise. She is certified Level 1 Pelvic floor therapist and enjoys helping patients for urinary incontinence, as well as pelvic organ prolapse.
She loves being her patient’s need oriented and gives one on one time to her clients throughout the process. She is always keen in updating herself with recent treatment techniques.

Mohammed Hasheem Aliullah Khan
Company owner Mohammed Hasheem Allullah Khan worked in a private practice setting in Calgary, AB since February, 2014, prior to opening his own clinics in Calgary, Chestermere and Airdrie.
He became a physical therapist because even from an early age, he was interested in health science and working with others.
“As a physical therapist, I am able to play a unique role in restoring people’s function and I am able to get them back to optimal function,” he said.
“I am always eager to learn more and the research that supports our field is never ending.”
He obtained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India in 2009 and spent one year there working in private as well as hospital settings.
He achieved his Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in Toronto in 2012.
Additionally, he acquired the following certifications:
Certified Manual Therapist with Swodeam Institute Biomedical Dry Needling with Smart Seminars Functional Dry Needling – Level 1 with Kinetacore Kinesiotaping Level 1 and Level 2 courses in orthopaedic levels Certification in evaluation and treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMJ) R2P Advanced Management of Post-Concussion Syndrome AA1 - acupuncture Additionally, he is currently working on Mastering the Shoulder, Level 1 of Essential Orthopedics.

Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah

Imtiaz has over 24 years of clinical and teaching experience in physiotherapy. He earned his BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, in 1997. He then completed a four-year BSPT program at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) in Karachi, graduating in 2001. In 2010, he achieved a Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy (PP-DPT) and, in 2011, received a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Ethics and Teaching Methodology (PGD, PE&TM) from Riphah International University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
From 2011 to 2015, he served as a Principal and Assistant Professor at Riphah College of Rehabilitation Sciences (RCRS), Lahore Campus. His practical experience includes working as a physiotherapist at the National Hospital & Medical Center from 1998 to 2010 and at Shapes Health Studio from 2001 to 2018, both located in Lahore. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at various universities across Pakistan, including King Edward Medical University in Lahore and the University of Faisalabad.
Imtiaz has contributed to 23 research publications in international journals. He was the President of the Pakistan Physical Therapy Association from 2011 to 2013, representing the country on both national and international platforms. He relocated to Canada in 2015 and has been providing physiotherapy services in Calgary since 2019. He is also a Registered Physical Therapist in New York State, USA. In 2023-2024, he provided physiotherapy services in Foundation Health Centre, Fredericton, New Brunswick, focusing on chronic pain management. He is dedicated to mentoring students preparing for the Canadian PCE and USA NPTE exams.
His areas of interest include musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain management, and geriatrics. Imtiaz’s treatment methods incorporate dry needling, manual therapy, taping, therapeutic exercise prescription, and client education. He is well-equipped to handle cases related to motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries (WCB), and return-to-work programs, and he enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Currently, he works with Revital Health, serving branches in Legacy, Saddleridge, Abbeydale, Calgary, and Chestermere. Imtiaz enjoys community volunteering, water sports, hiking, fishing, hunting, barbecuing, and exploring nature with his family and friends in his free time. I have been a health care professional for over 10 years. I graduated from Robertson College in 2021 with a 2200 hrs diploma in massage therapy. I am a Registered Massage Therapist with Massage Therapy Association of Alberta. I also have a bachelor’s of pharmacy from India. While studying pharmacy, I completed courses such as orthopedics, Anatomy, Remedial exercise, pathophysiology, etc.
